After calling about 20 times, I managed to get them to pick up the phone to make an appointment. When I told the receptionist that it had taken me a few days to get them on the phone, she excused herself (in a rude manner) pretending to justify something that is unacceptable. But the thing does not end there, because, today, I tried to contact again to change my appointment, for work reasons (calling about 40 times on this occasion) and still without success. A real shame.

On June 7, I went to a specialist who recommended this center due to its proximity to my home. I started calling them that same day to make an appointment with them, which was impossible for me. The next day and Friday, I tried again, and also, without success. I go there on Friday afternoon, in case my phone is confused and the girl at the reception tells me that she doesn't always have time to answer the phone. In 3 days they have not answered the phone after more than seven attempts. Far from apologizing, she turned out to be rude and on top of that she had an appointment for the first rehabilitation session at the beginning of July... how come I have to discuss a cancellation or doubt over the phone!!!! I will not return

And I went to the Torrelavega center, the time was poorly controlled, the massages were very abrupt and there was little time, the treatment with patients was bad, they criticized them by speaking badly about them in front of others, very unprofessional at all.

Very fast attention both at the reception and in the consultation. The treatment is very friendly and they do not waste your time.
